Born in 1988, in the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.In 2007, I came to Japan to study and enrolled in a Japanese language school where I obtained the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3.
After completing my studies at the language school, I enrolled at the University of Japan's Economy and joined the service industry. I worked in the hotel industry where I was mainly responsible for inbound sales planning. I was selected as a member of the team that established a new large-scale hotel and successfully raised the company's share of self-promotion to 60%.
In 2014, I joined an IT venture company and obtained the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1. I started planning and developing customer acquisition and recruitment for various industries, including bridal, housing, funeral, e-commerce, apparel, and manufacturing. I excelled in sales and contributed to the optimization of advertising and promotional expenses and increasing sales for many companies.After leaving the IT venture company in 2021, I joined Business Communication Co., Ltd. where I started working on an overseas talent business to bridge the gap between companies and foreign workers. During my 15 years of living in Japan, I experienced and identified the issues of talent mismatch and communication problems between companies and foreign workers. My goal is to help companies and foreign workers communicate better and facilitate their employment in Japan.In 2022, I started a talent introduction business to support employment in Japan (including specific skills) for various foreign workers, including Nepalese students and family members living in Japan. Additionally, I started to introduce IT technicians from Nepal to Japan.

After graduating from university, I joined Recruit Co., Ltd. and have been involved in recruiting, training and training for many years. I have also been involved in other IT-related businesses, and in recent years I have been promoting regenerative medicine-related businesses, such as supporting regenerative medicine collaboration between the University of Indonesia and Nagoya University, and that business has now come to a close.
Having reached my 60th birthday, I have set a new goal to contribute to Japan in the future. That is supporting overseas human resource development. Since 2019, I have been providing support for the establishment of corporations by Nepalese representatives, providing support for the lives of Nepalese human resources, and supporting the promotion of acceptance projects, and have also started activities to support cultural exchange and acceptance of Filipino human resources, as well as activities toward Laos.
In 2023, through my IT-related connections, I will work with a corporation run by the Deputy Commissioner of the Taiwan Digital Agency and an AI online education business to introduce online Japanese language education and promote language education. I hope to increase mutual understanding between Japanese culture and overseas cultures.
